Arlene believes our collective mission is to become who God called us to be, and that her role in that is through teaching, encouragement, and inspiration. She is the founder of Enelra Talent Solutions, LLC – a consulting group that specializes in Executive Coaching and Leadership Development.

Arlene is known for her business partnership, friendly and fun-loving spirit, and ability to collaborate with her clients to bring solutions to complex challenges. Arlene has a Ph.D. in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology from Old Dominion University and over 20 years of experience in corporate, consulting, and non-profit environments. She lives in Dallas with her husband Kelvin, daughter Lauren, and chiweenie Sugar.
